We currently accept most major credit cards via PayPal for your orders. We also accept payments directly through PayPal. Please note that all orders are required to be paid in full in advance at the point of order, including pre-order items.

We do not charge any handling fee for all the above payment methods. However, please note that if you are using a foreign credit/debit card to make a purchase from our site, your bank may charge you extra processing fees that you are responsible for. We will only receive the original amount of the order from you.

In order to speed up the process of ordering, you are advised to use a PayPal verified account to place orders.

For customers who choose to pay by credit card or debit card via PayPal, please make sure the correct CVC/CCV is entered during checkout. For new customers who choose to pay by PayPal and wish to have their orders shipped to an unconfirmed address, we might be required to ask for proof of address/identity before we can ship out your order.

If your shipping address is different from your billing address, additional verification may be required. Please note that Technical Solutions reserves any rights to deny the request to ship to an address different from the billing address.

Subject to the payment method, delivery details and other factors, we may ask for proof of payment/address/identify of customer before we can continue processing the order. Further identification documents may also be requested for new buyer with high amount of purchase to avoid potential fraud.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE

Most items listed on the website are in stock and ready to ship.

When an item is in stock, we can usually ship it out within 2 business days. In the case that we need to contact you or obtain further information from you to verify an order, you will be notified within 1 business day after your order has been placed. In case your order cannot be shipped out within 3 business days, we will inform you by email with an estimated dispatch date. You may decide to continue with the order or request to cancel order. A full refund will be issued within 5 business days after your request.

DHL, orders are normally delivered within 3 – 5 business days.

Delivery time frame are approximate only. In any event of unforeseeable, extraordinary circumstances such as weather, strikes and lockouts, transportation and custom checks may cause a delay in delivery time and Technical Solutions shall not be liable for such delay in delivery or any losses.

Liability of Courier
For orders shipped with the free basic shipping service, courier companies only cover physical loss or damage of goods during transit subject to the maximum liability specified in the terms and conditions of their service. Such liability will cease once the goods are delivered to the designated destination.

Technical Solutions is not responsible for the aforementioned liability or any dispute arisen with regards to the delivery of goods. Nevertheless, we will do our utmost to assist you , but n any event that you need to contact the courier to resolve the matter.

If you are in receipt of a damaged or tampered parcel, you have to notify us within 48 hours of receipt. After this time, we will deem you to have received the parcel in good working condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be considered legitimate.
